Feedback Strategy

Feedback is gold and we need it to track how we are doing. We need to come up with a strategy on how we get feedback from our users - donors, recipients, and volunteers. We could put together a survey or stop by or brainstorm any other ideas.
Summer Pitch Camp
20 hours, Due: Aug 29
Come up with "my first sale" pitch via a Summer Pitch Camp run by a team of adult advisors. Then, drive and knock on as many doors as possible to onboard new donors. The team will start with a list of businesses that can potentially be donors using the list we already have. Come up with a schedule and hours per day that the volunteers are willing to sign up for during the summer.
Farms Donor Program
20 hours, Due: Aug 29
Explore farms as a potential donor keeping in mind that rescue is expensive. Need to put together an end to end strategy starting with a pilot first and then scaling to other farms. This is should be a team effort with additional contributors can own identifying the various farms around us, contacting them and discussing scheduling, coming up with dates for Food Harvest, signing up the volunteers needed, etc.
Sporting Events Donor Programs
20 hours, Due: Aug 29
Explore sport events as a potential donor focusing on food surplus after the games are done. Need to put together an end to end strategy starting with a pilot first and then scaling to other sporting events. This is a team effort with additional contributors identifying the various sporting events, contacting them and discussing scheduling, signing up the volunteers needed, etc. Focus on soccer, football, and baseball.
Social Media Revamp

Need to take another look at our social media posting strategy and focus more on graphics and stories and videos rather than lots of text to improve readability and accessibility. This will help create a more professional social media presence. The goal is to show up trustworthy and inspire confidence to convey expertise in our field.
Website Revamp

Are you passionate about design and particularly website design? If yes, we are looking for some help in taking a look at our website and propose design, content, etc. tweaks to make it pop more and provide website visitors with the content that they are looking for. The goal is to show up as professional and trustworthy as possible and inspire confidence to convey expertise in our field.
Application Update

Need to take another look at our application and propose design, content, etc. tweaks to make it pop more and provide the content we need it to. The goal is to have a clean, simple to navigate, and useful UX. Some ideas that we need to explore are the day filter (it's not as intuitive today) and also the location filter. We can also explore additional features such as gamification, badges, etc.
Newsletter Revamp

Are you a Newsletter editor? We need someone to revamp our monthly newsletter from a design and content perspective - we suggest you go and get feedback on how to make it better, get a survey out or organize events to ask for feedback
Donors Landing Page

Redesign the Donors Landing page with all the information needed. Make it rich visually and content wise. Create a new QR code which lands donors to a page with all that they need to onboard to our service including getting information / FAQs they need and a way to ask questions; come up with and organize a field day to distribute to donors; think of how to make it super easy for them to onboard to our service
Donor Engagement Rhythm

We are looking for this team to set up a regular donor engagement rhythm established with ideas on how to engage with them each time. End goal is to make them feel the community impact they are creating and build the relationship to a robust referral network
Donor Monthly Emails

Come up with the format and content and design for a monthly email to donors to celebrate their impact to the community; include pounds rescued, co2 saved, families fed, badging, etc.
