The messaging program

Eat Happy Now sends text messages to registered volunteers about food-rescue jobs (pickup assignments and reminders) and upcoming schedules.

How you opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile number when you sign up as an Eat Happy Now volunteer and agreeing to receive these text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of volunteering or of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your volunteer activity.

Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out or get help

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send any further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@eathappynow.org or 707-878-5150.

Privacy — we do not share your mobile information

Eat Happy Now does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used solely by Eat Happy Now to send the volunteer messages described above. No mobile information is shared with third parties for their own marketing.
